Between 2018 and 2021, the Rijeka School of Croatian Studies participated in the project Strategic Internationalization of Graduate Studies in Mathematics and Biotechnology – OPTILIFE, funded by the European Social Fund. Within the project, Dr. Sandra Marman, Senior Lecturer, and Assoc. prof. dr. sc. Željka Macan designed and delivered courses in Croatian as a foreign language for project participants. A special component of the courses was dedicated to Croatian as a foreign language for specific purposes.
