The Rijeka School of Croatian Studies offers opportunities for learning Croatian as a Second and foreign language to foreign students during their mobility period in the Republic of Croatia. Scholarships are awarded based on international bilateral agreements and cooperation programmes concluded between Croatia and other countries.
